How we build our custom chairs

Step 1

Framing

After receiving our raw steel tubing, we proceed with bending and welding it according to custom orders. Following this step, the frames undergo a washing process before being sprayed, where they are then powder coated and cured.

Step 2

Fabric & Foam

Then, our fabric is meticulously hand-cut and upholstered onto our tailored seats and backs along with our high density virgin foam.

Step 3

Finishing

Finally, our fully assembled chairs undergo quality control, packing for shipment, and are carefully loaded by hand onto trucks headed for their final destination.
