Our warranties are among the best in the industry. We stand behind every component of our products from the frames, to upholstery and the foam. Each chair component has an appropriate limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects. Our warranties and our personal customer service satisfaction statement are provided upon request.

10 year limited warranty

Steel Chair Frames

Our Church Chair steel chair frames have a 10 year limited warranty against all manufacturing failures, including broken welds and tube failures.

5 year limited warranty

Upholstery Fabric

Church Chair upholstery fabrics have a limited warranty against failure under "normal wear and tear" including sewing. Majority of fabrics are warranted for a period of 5 years.

7 year limited warranty

Chair Foam

Church Chair chair foam has a 7 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser. The warranties below do not apply to damages from abuse, accident, carelessness, misuse, improper installation, weather, fire, flood, "acts of God", improper storage, deterioration from excessive wear or exposure, fabric soiling, intentional damage, vandalism, neglect or improper use, normal wear and tear, or other contingencies beyond control of CCA.
