Chairs Made in America
Chairs Made in America! Chairs made in America? What does that mean?
We are glad you asked.
1. Having your chairs made in America (by Church ChairTM) means superior quality and craftsmanship.
Our chairs are built to last. We use superior grade materials in our manufacture process and our plant is staffed with hard-working Americans that take pride in their work.
Chair Manufacturing Experience
Every facet of our chair production is done in our plant. We make our own frames from rolls of flat steel run through our very own tube mill. We bend the square tubes to form our many different chair models in our high tech bending department. These frames are then welded by American welders and we then run them through our very own "Powder Coater" operated by Americans. The seats and backs are assembled beginning from 4' X 8' sheets of plywood cut to order (depending on our chair style and size) at our wood division plant located just a few miles from the Metal facility. Highly skilled American workers apply the foam and fabric to these seats and backs using industry "secret methods" that set Church Chair apart in the industry. Then they are inspected and assembled to the powder coated frames for shipping to American churches and business. We are the industry leaders in the chair manufacturing industry in the U.S.A. and for good reason: dedication and commitment to doing the absolute best that we can do in design, sales and service.
Chair Production Training
Our long history of production has enabled us to develop and implement our own training process to ensure that our highest quality standards are continually met in the future here in America. We are generating the finest product on the market NOW and are poised to do the same for decades to come because we are continually training and preparing for the future.
2. Having your chairs made in America (by Church ChairTM) means value for your investment.
Church Chair Warranties are among the best in the industry. We stand behind every component of our products ... from frames, to upholstery, to foam; just ask our many repeat customers. Each chair component has an appropriate limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects and or materials.
Cheaper is only cheaper - it is certainly not better, and we use superior quality products to produce our superior quality chairs.
At Chuch ChairTM, we offer value for the dollar. We know that we have a higher price point than competitors that sell products made in China or other countries. We also know that smart American consumers know that value is connected to far more than just price. If quality is a prime consideration; then you have come to the right place.
3. Having your chairs made in America (by Church ChairTM) means investing in America - thus investing in yourself and the American legacy.
We have watched our manufacturing facilities go out of the United States of America or just completely out of business for decades now. In some cases, this process of exporting manufacturing and then importing retailing is strengthing nations that are unfriendly to us as Americans. Most certainly it is costing Americans jobs and the means of taking care of their families. We hope that our company's commitment (and success) will be a catalyst for others to do the difficult task to put Americans back to work and get products made in America back in the American market and on top of world markets!
